FitStart was born from a simple conviction:

I wanted to build something independent – something authentic and grown from my own experience.

About the founder
Curiosity for new things has always accompanied me on my journey.
In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to take on responsibility, build teams, and guide people through different phases of development. Throughout this time, I have repeatedly realized how important a clear framework is during periods of change.
From my own experience, I know how challenging new beginnings can be – and how much easier they are when structure and calm are present.
FitStart is not a personal stage project.
It is a framework that has grown from experience – so that others can find themselves reflected in it.
