General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – As of April 18, 2026 –

2. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop, regardless of the customer's place of residence. They apply to digital content and subscriptions.

For customers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the respective EU member state apply additionally, insofar as they are more favorable to the customer.

3. Offer & Contract Formation

The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

For digital content, contract performance begins with the provision of access.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the respective market currency. For customers in Switzerland, prices are shown in CHF; for customers in the EU, in EUR or the respective local currency.

Payments are processed via the payment methods available in the shop. For subscriptions, billing occurs automatically at the chosen interval.

5. Access to Digital Content

Digital content (e.g. online courses, member areas) is not delivered physically. Access is granted via the customer account after successful payment.

The customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Sharing access with third parties is not permitted.

6. Subscriptions

Upon subscribing, the customer receives access to the included digital content for the duration of the active subscription.

The subscription has a minimum term of two months. After that, it can be cancelled on a monthly basis.

If the subscription is not cancelled, it renews automatically for the chosen term.

Access to the content remains available until the end of the already paid term.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For customers residing in the European Union: You generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

- you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and
- you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

This consent is obtained at the time of purchase.

For customers residing in Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Warranty & Defects

We ensure that digital content is accessible and functional as described. In case of technical issues, please contact support@fitstartgroup.com. We review each case individually and strive for a prompt resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For customers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the respective EU member state remain reserved.

The place of jurisdiction for customers not residing in Switzerland is Dietikon, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
