Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Digital Content

FitStart primarily offers digital content that is made available immediately after purchase.

For customers residing in the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies. However, this right expires prematurely if you have expressly agreed that access to the content begins immediately after purchase and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

For customers residing in Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to a minimum term of two months.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Access to the content remains available until the end of the already paid term.

Refunds

As these are digital products, refunds are generally excluded once access has been granted.
In the event of technical issues or justified reasons, we review each case individually.
